You might have brochures, logos, photographs, business cards that will help you get started. I will need your company profile, contact info, products and services, and any other information you intend to present on your website.

I will strive to produce a site that will have the desired look and impact that you want. You will need to supply the photographs and text that you want. If your logo and promotional materials are not in electronic format, I can convert them to a format appropriate for your website for a small fee. If your materials are printed, I will can scan and convert them. I will help you establish an on-line image that is consistent with the existing image your customers are familiar with.

Here's how we will begin:

Consultation

I will start with a free initial consultation to determine your requirements. I will itemize information about your company, services, audience, purpose, site goals, etc.

Proposal

I will offer specific recommendations for your project and discuss the options and the proposed pricing with you.

Payments

I require a 50% deposit to start your work. After we agree with the terms and the paperwork is signed and received by us, I will start the actual design process.

Collecting Your Content

You will provide us with the exact text and any other content for your website and any specific pictures you would like. If you prefer, I also offer optional copy-writing services.

Design Development

I will select a website 'look' that you are after. Soon after, you will receive a creative 'mockup' of what your website will look like. I will send you a web link to view the 'mockup' and ask if you would like any changes. At this stage, I will work closely to develop a look that will be both visually pleasing and user-friendly. You might request revisions as necessary and then provide final approval.

Pre-launch Evaluation

After the site is built, you will be able to view all pages to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. You will submit any desired changes to the copy and then give final approval before the site goes live.

Launching Your Website

After final approval and payment has been received, your website will be published on your domain, if you are hosting with us, ready for your customers to see!

If you have another domain hosting account, I will give you an electronic copy of the site. It will be your responsibility to manage the site.

Ongoing Support

After your website is launched, I will work with you to establish a regular review and maintenance schedule of your web site to accommodate your requests, user feedback, system upgrades and any new emerging web technologies, if you prefer.
